Druridge Bay, 15th October 2023
Druridge Bay is a living landscape, rich in wildlife and with big plans for the future. The bay is a stunning seven mile stretch of sand running from Amble to Cresswell and is a popular place to ride, cycle walk, paddle and surf. Today the peace was broken by the sound of Elswick athletes and supporters.
On what was a lovely sunny, cool autumn day Elswick Juniors were out in force once again. Well done everyone who represented the club and great to see some of the parents getting muddy and having a go themselves.
The course was muddy in places with long grass but weather conditions were fine.
