Elswick Harriers host three races each year;
The Good Friday Road Relays – March/April
A popular event held the West End of Newcastle and dates back to 1966, due to ever increasing traffic the races moved to the Newburn Riverside Park.
A five-mile mid-week race is held on the second or third Wednesday in June.
The Norman Woodcock Memorial Relays – November/December
A race we’re proud to host each year, A memorial race held in the name of the great late Norman Woodcock, arguably the ‘father of Elswick Harriers‘ who kept the club afloat before during and after the Second World War.
