13 Elswick Juniors took party in the Northern Cross Country Championship on Saturday in Bedale North Yorkshire. Attracting the best junior athletes from the north of England it was great to see the Elswick vests out representing their club.
The races had between 110 and 210 runners on the start line which proved to be a daunting experience for some I’m sure, but a great experience for them all!

It has also been confirmed that Poppy Old and Poppy Wilde have made the intercounties team (U13 girls)to run in Loughborough in March, and Hannah Tumia is first reserve in the U17’s team. Well done girls 👍
