After what seemed a long wait we eventually could enjoy some Cross Country. To say the least it was Baltic- it was far colder at Wrekenton than Newcastle; the ground was rock solid and did not give at all. The only thing that warmed our hearts was seeing our juniors race. The numbers were down as some of the juniors are racing on Tuesday at the Northumberland schools event at Temple park.
